CrossFit AZ
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
CrossFit Arizona is a licensed affiliate of CrossFit Inc. We adhere to the CrossFit principles and methodology for unsurpassed fitness. We are the only licensed affiliate in Casa Grande and our goal is to produce elite fitness and shape elite athletes through superior training. Classes
Weekend Warrior - A class designed for groups. This class is free of charge and open to anyone 13yrs and older. The class is 1 hour. We meet once a week at Carr/McNatt Park. We go through a series of agility drills to warm up, followed by CrossFit style workout. It is recommended you become familiar with CrossFit movements prior to attending but not necessary. This class is fast paced, exciting and challenging for all fitness levels.
One on One
- This session is most intensive. A thorough evaluation is performed for each client. Functional movements are taught in detail. Workouts are designed to challenge each individual regardless of fitness level and to improve all ten general physical skills. The individual will increase work capacity across broad modal domains. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of Olympic lifting, Kettlebells, Sprinting, Squat, Deadlift, core stability etc...
Group
- This class is designed for those with a general understanding of CrossFit movements and methodology. The classes are designed to be challenging for all fitness levels. This class is a higher intensity than One on One sessions although can be scaled back to meet the fitness level of any individual.
