Schedule

Classes are held for all levels. Students are separated by skill levels when appropriate. Classes with Gi are noted with an asterik (*), otherwise, casual and comfortable workout attire is appropriate. Groin protection is required at all times.  All classes are open to men and women except for the womens self defense class.
